ROLE 1:
Assistant & Social Media Manager – Creators Collective
I’m looking for an all rounder assistant to help me run and grow Creators Collective, so I can focus on being the best coach possible for our community :)🤍
This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, community, and wants to be involved in building something meaningful.
You’ll be the first official team member of Creators Collective and play a huge role in its growth.
*This is a Gold Coast based role only, please only apply if you live in GC
The role includes:
Business & Growth Support
Supporting the growth and expansion of Creators Collective
Managing emails, collabs and outreach
Being involved in launches, and opportunities as the brand grows
Social Media & Content
Managing the Creators Collective social media account
Researching trends and content ideas
Creating and posting content to promote the CC community and course
Assisting with ad content and promotion
Supporting content creation for CC (behind the scenes, promos, launches)
Community, Collabs & Admin
Managing emails, enquiries, and collab opportunities
Outreach to brands and creators
Posting opportunities into CC for students
Supporting community engagement
Events
Helping plan and organise CC events
Supporting in-person and online events
Opportunity to attend events as a content creator
Team & Check-ins
1x weekly cafe date check-in, every Monday to set intentions and align for the week
Bonus opportunities:

ROLE 2:
SALES CONSULTANT
– Creators Collective (remote)
I’m looking for a confident, personable Sales Consultant to handle sales and onboarding calls for Creators Collective.
You must be passionate about CC and what we offer. We focus on changing lives, not pushy sales.
This role is sales focused only - your main responsibility is converting warm leads into paying clients and ensuring they feel supported from call to onboarding.
The role includes:
Running scheduled sales calls with warm leads
Qualifying leads and handling objections confidently
Closing clients into Creators Collective
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover
Updating CRM / tracking outcomes from calls
You’d be a great fit if you:
Are confident speaking on calls and building rapport quickly
Have experience in sales, coaching, or high-ticket offers (or are a natural closer)
Understand creators, online business, or the coaching space
Are comfortable selling without being pushy or sleazy
Can represent my brand professionally and authentically

I have LOVED creating content my whole life. After moving from England to Australia in 2022, I absolutely fell in love with TikTok and instagram and created a combined community of over 90k followers.
Fast forward 2 years I finally turned my passion for creating content into a full-time career!!
